One Stop Event Solution

Organising a corporate event or planning a social party takes time, and before you know it you are embroiled in all the little details. Yearning for time that is so precious, and many of us leading such busy lives, the preparation for a big occasion can be demanding. We’ve certainly found that with changing trends and a host of suppliers with hugely varying costs, the planning process can be a minefield to say the least. Often its not rocket science but the time pressures on our day to day business leaves less time to truly dedicate to such a project and especially where the budget is keenly balanced.

 

In recent years we have actively chosen to be the client by running events of our own from a charity ball to gala events. This has been an invaluable process. With a backdrop of hosting functions we often saw one side of the coin and standing in the shoes of the client has been a real eye opener and makes us feel somewhat more wholesome, able to anticipate pressure points and build a bank of valuable resource to draw upon.

 

    

 

Seeing a vast range of themes, decor styles, and entertainment options has forged excellent relationships with existing and potential suppliers. Of recent, our Sales & Marketing Director, Naomi Tupoulahi, has established a working partnership with Claire Ledward of Hawthorn Events, an industry leader in the world of AV and technology solutions. So much so that they have now delcared their support for our Corporate Event Showacase. Managing Director, Martin Hawthorn, said

Do It Different takes place on Thursday 13th September 2018 between 4pm and 8pm. It is really a chance for clients to come to Colwick Hall and witness first hand the capabilities on offer. A chance to meet with ancillary supplier solution providers too and of course be treated to a taster portion of our banqueting menu with canapes and prosecco on arrival to a bitesize version of our three course dinner. The venue and its several function suites will be on show in a number of layouts and Banqueting Operations Manager Binoy Augustine, will be on hand and more than delighted to discuss any practical points. Having been at Colwick Hall for the last 13 years, Binoy is always present with his team at your event and works with you to ensure a seamless delivery process for you as the client. One of our clients from earlier this year, Pick Everard, had the following to say…
