Based on 50 guests, the Wordsworth package begins with Pimms on the lawn, garden games for the kids to while away the afternoon, and an excellent array of numerous canapes waiter served. We anticipate civil ceremony around 3pm onwards.

Guests have the use of both Champagne Lounge as a private bar with outside seating, as well as the opulent Grand Ballroom with its featured hand painted ceiling.

Light evenings make more possibilities with the choice of either a barbecue or hog roast. Accompanied by salads, coleslaw, pasta, smoked wedges with sun blushed tomatoes, homemade sage rolls and apple sauce. Fruit kebabs for that refreshing finish.

The bride and groom get a stunning Bridal Suite for the night.

Wordsworth Weekday Package is available Monday to Thursday between May and September 2018 and can be yours at the very affordable price of £2750.

    WELLINGTON’S WEEKEND WEDDING

    Pimms for the ladies and beers for the men, wine with the meal and prosecco for the toast ~ A specially designed Summer wedding breakfast menu followed by tapas in the evening.
    The wedding breakfast is summer inspired with colour and refreshing flavours of the season. For starters our chefs will whet your appetite with a camembert, fig and onion tart with a sesame seed and Dijon mustard dressing. The star of the show is a rump of lamb for main course, set upon crushed Jersey royals infused with mint and fresh garden peas with a lamb and spring cabbage bonbon. Vegetarian options on menu. For dessert a sumptuous clotted cream and strawberry panna cotta with rhubarb and elderflower ice cream awaits you and your guests.
    In the evening the new concept continues with tantalising and tempting trays of tapas ‘buffet served’ and comprising lots of small eats including prawns, potatoes, meatballs and spicy chorizo to a shot glass of gazpacho.

    This is based on 70 daytime guests and 100 evening guests. Guests have the very impressive pair of 1776 Grand Ballroom with adjoining Champagne Lounge and the opportunity to spill out to the gardens.

    Also in with the package is a bridal suite for the bride and groom.

    Wellington’s weekend wedding package is available from May to September 2018 on a Friday to Sunday and is priced £100 short of £6k, namely at the excellent value of £5900.
