25% supplement on room hire charges for bookings over 10 hours (max. hire 14 hours)

Mandatory extra costs:

• Kitchen hire @£250
• Security @£100 for up to 200 people or @£250 for over 200 people (double rates apply on security for bank holiday dates)
• Corkage @£1200 which allows you to bring in unlimited alcohol and soft drinks apart from beer – but beer can be purchased separately from our bar (if it will just be soft drinks you wish to bring, the corkage charge will be @£250).

Optional extra costs:

• Cutlery, crockery and glassware start from £4.50 to £15 per person to include 1 starter plate, 1 main plate, 1 dessert plate, appropriate cutlery and 1 water glass. This is usually provided by the caterers, but we offer a hire option in case. Please note if you hire this from us, it is left to one side for your caterers to set up as per your requirements, and it would need to be washed and returned as given.
• White tablecloths at £7.50 per cloth and white linen napkins at 80p per napkin. These are usually provided by the decorator or caterer, but we offer a hire option in case. Please note if you hire these from us, they are left to one side for your decorators/ caterers to set up as per your requirements.

Any additional requirements will be charged extra.

Please note with outside catering it is up to the caterers to run and staff the event. We charge a £1000 bond, and this is only refunded post-event regarding there is no damage to our venue. We will require a copy of your caterers public liability, food hygiene and health and safety certificates.
