Early access on the day

Your ball committee will be very welcome to arrive early on the day to start making preparations and to decorate the space as you wish. Our team will be on hand to provide help and advice as needed, and we will also be present at your ball to make sure everything runs smoothly, from our DJ and AV lighting specialists, through to our catering staff and ‘meet and greet’ helpers on the night! Bring out your finest gowns and tuxedos, organise your transport of choice and prepare for a night packed with fun, laughter, great food, drink and dancing – plus memories to last a lifetime with all of your student friends and faculty!
