Date Night whether it’s a delicious 2 course A La Carte Dinner in our Byron’s Brasserie under the twinkly lights or if you’d rather stay cuddled up we’ll bring the room service to you. Starting the next day the right way with a freshly cooked breakfast- the Memories are priceless.

Explore the beauty of the Shires on our doorstep whether it’s the selection of stately homes to discover by following Lord Byron to Newstead Abbey or see the wonders of Wollaton Hall. Even more Local is the home of Robin Hood and the 1,000-year-old Oak at Sherwood Forest. Don’t forget the Peak District trails from Hope Valley Mam Tor in Derbyshire. We’ll put together a light lunch to take on your travels and the large comfy bed will be waiting for your return after a long relaxing bath. Who says you need to travel far, see your own hometown with a great stay & breakfast.

Take care of yourself with this Pamper Package

Take some time out to work on your self-care with a well-deserved break to relax and unwind. Sit by the Lake or take in the beautiful grounds whilst enjoying your new book to switch off from the working hustle. We’ll supply the Picnic Afternoon Tea box to take with you on your walk around the network of lakes and variety of trails. Bring your fitness gear as there’s lots of open water swimming in the West Lake (as per times and seasons) or running paths to enjoy. Then relax in your room with a l’occitane pamper box filled with goodies.

Before checking in start with a Simply British Afternoon Tea and enjoy our Selection of Sandwiches, Savoury Tier and Sweets. Chill out in your bedroom before making room for our 3 Course A La Carte Dinner made with love from our team of talented Chef’s. Also a lovely bottle of house wine to compliment your dinner. Discuss your favourite over a full English Breakfast the following day. Guaranteed to leave truly fed and full.
