We are a venue that takes great pride in supporting charity balls, having hosted a vast range over the years. The Lakeside Pavilion is the ideal venue for charity balls from a 100 to 500 people. So far no request has put us in a spin – our sales executive will work with you right the way through the organisation of your event. We are flexible and accommodating, and the organiser will be pleased to know we provide early access on the day. Focussed on attention to detail, we are dedicated to liaise with yourselves, delivering outstanding food and service to an impeccable standard. We also understand cost is key and offer a competitive price and are happy to work within budgets.

School Proms
School Proms are an important event in the school calendar. Many of the schools of Nottingham have frequented Colwick Hall. Colwick Hall offers a very competitively priced package including delicious buffet menus, set in a very accessible location with great photo opportunities.
Previous Proms have arrived in a tank, granny’s mobility scooter, horseback, to name a few~ whichever method you choose, Colwick Hall superbly lends itself with its grand gates leading into a sweeping entrance around the fountain to the colonnade on the north front of the Hall.
Proms are liked by both the teachers and the students. Early access on the day is available which means the Prom Committee can decorate the venue to your chosen theme.
