Scallop and prawn roulade with a cauliflower puree

Chicken liver and wild mushroom parfait, served with toasted brioche and a spiced apple and brandy chutney

Chicken stuffed with feta and spinach, served with sweet potato dauphinoise, baby carrots and asparagus

Rounded rib eye steak served medium rare with beef dripping chips, vine tomatoes and dressed with a bearnaise sauce

Pan fried fillet of sea bass with olive crushed potatoes, charred red peppers and fennel

Sweet tomato and char-grilled vegetable tart topped with gruyere cheese and swirled with a basil oil

Pistachio crushed raspberry parfait with a raspberry puree and a pistachio dentelle

Baileys cheesecake topped with red berries and a coffee foam

Apricot and raspberry tart served with a honeycomb ice cream
