Lakeside Pavilion

The Lakeside Pavilion is the ideal venue for large Christmas and New Year celebrations, accommodating up to 500 guests. It’s popular for both shared and private Christmas party nights, set alongside a lake overlooking the country park, creating a truly exquisite setting. The Lakeside Pavilion stands out from other corporate Christmas party venues in Nottingham with its private garden, bar, stage, and dance floor.

1776 Grand Ballroom

Elegant and ornate, our ballroom is the perfect venue for a sophisticated soiree. Spectacular for corporate entertaining, be it lunch or dinner for up to 100 guests, or up to 150 with a more informal layout.

Byron’s Brasserie

For society lunches up to 60 people, or office parties up to 80, escape into a world of cocktails, cuisine and conversation.

Decolwyck Hall And John Carr Suite

A Rococo designed splendid interlinking hall in the south eastern wing, suited to family celebrations with majestic afternoon tea for up to 36 guests. Beside the Lakeside, the DeColwyck also serves as a VIP drinks lounge.

Howdy, partners! Make this year a memorable one, distinct from any other Christmas party event for work you’ve ever organised. Celebrate Christmas with clients, colleagues, and cowboys at a fantastic country western party. 

Pre-order drinks at the Saloon Bar. This isn’t our first rodeo, so saddle up and join us for a special 3-course meal and disco. £49.50pp.

Private Parties

Lakeside Pavilion minimum of 150 people, and Grand Ballroom minimum of 50 people. For smaller parties of 30 people, a variety of function suites are available in the main hall.

We have a variety of venue spaces here at Colwick Hall, from work Christmas venues to business Christmas parties for your partners. No matter the party size we welcome all cowboys & girls!

On Friday’s and Saturday’s, private parties are available at £65 per person.
