Quintessentially English, our brand new Grand Afternoon Tea awaits your most special occasions launching from October.
Set in the fabulous country house, Lord Byron’s Colwick Hall makes for a destination venue to celebrate and relax with a grand afternoon tea. Located just 2 miles from Nottingham City Centre it’s easily accessible and there’s free car parking at the hotel.
Welcomed with a glass of Bakewell Fizz Prosecco Cocktail on arrival in our lounge. Available all week 12 noon to 4pm, advance booking essential minimum 24 hours prior. Priced at £39 per person including the cocktail.
The menu boasts a variety of stately favourites including Smoked Salmon and cucumber. The classic scones course features warm fruit served with lashings of clotted cream and jam making it most indulgent. To temper the sweet rush, a savoury tier acts as a most resplendent interlude incorporating spiced pumpkin soup to welcome the Halloween season, a sun blush tomato & feta quiche as well as the cheese & herb twist. The ultimate showstopper is the dainty dessert slate masterfully baked in house and the banoffee petit four is simply perfectly balanced with the tea or coffee of your choice.
